This Shipping Policy governs the delivery of products purchased from BouleGlobal.com, operated by Boule Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to providing reliable, flexible, and transparent cross-border shipping services to our customers and members. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, China, and Taiwan. Orders placed from outside these regions may be subject to alternative arrangements, including use of forwarding services.
3. Delivery Address Requirements
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and serviceable shipping addresses. Boule Limited will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Overseas-based members may select Malaysia as a shipping destination, provided they have a valid Malaysian delivery address (e.g., a forwarding warehouse or family member). The address must be deliverable. Additional verification may be requested.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, shipping method, and the total weight and volume of the products in your order.
- Members using the À La Carte Shopping Menu (currently available for new registrations in Malaysia only) should note that shipping fees may be higher due to customized item selection and total package volume.
- Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before final payment confirmation.
5. Free Shipping and Promotions

Free delivery is available for selected products and during specific promotional campaigns. Eligibility is determined by:
- Product type
- Shipping destination
- Promotional terms active at the time of purchase
- Details will be clearly stated either on the product page or during the checkout process. Orders that qualify for free shipping will automatically reflect a waived delivery fee at checkout.
6. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
- We use trusted regional and international logistics partners to fulfill our deliveries.

- Hong Kong: 2–5 business days
- Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, China: 3–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times
- All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or logistical disruptions are beyond our control.
7. Pre-Order Deliveries
Products marked as pre-order will be clearly indicated before checkout. Estimated delivery time for pre-orders is 2–4 weeks depending on stock availability. Availability and estimated timelines will be conveyed on the product page or during checkout.
8. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days upon successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
9. Customs, Duties and Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring their order complies with all import laws in their destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during importation are the responsibility of the buyer.
10. Delivery Issues and Non-Receipt
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will assist in tracking the package and resolving the issue.
- In cases where packages are returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, re-shipping charges may apply.
